Problem:

Many designers and developers in the tech world are overwhelmed trying to balance harsh workloads and life. Often times communication between management and teams can seem closed ended. Mindful aims to change that.

Solution:

I Designed an app in Figma that does check ins with designers and developers before updating tasks. The app also allows users to request help from coworkers that are available. This allows transparency between higher-ups and those who they manage on collective feelings related to projects.
